The quality planning starts
immediately when the company receives the prints. The prints and
specifications are reviewed in order to analyze the best methods
to manufacture the parts. Following this procedure we intent to
deliver the customers with the highest quality and satisfaction
of the customers request. J&K Tool & Die uses the latest methods of statistical process control in order to deliver the best services to our customers. J&K Tool & Die uses process control in order to manufacture all components with a minimum Cpk = 1.33. The company also uses control charts in order to track the capabilities of our process. Our manufacturing engineering department also uses design of experiments and statistical analysis in order to manufacture all parts with the highest quality. |
